HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Your item may take up to four weeks to arrive, depending on the stock and demand. Typically, your will receive your item in less than two weeks.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

Although your jewelry will stay clean with proper care, we recommend using a soft dry cloth to wipe it clean after every use.

 

HOW DO I KEEP THE FINISH ON MY JEWELRY AS NEW?

Avoid perfumes, creams, lotions, and makeup. They contain substances that severely affect plated jewelry. Do not wear your plated jewelry while swimming. Avoid wearing plated jewelry while sweating. Sweat can be acidic and can damage the finish of your jewelry. As long as you treat it well, your ice will stay shiny!
